Dear Mr. Coates:
On behalf of the students and
staff at the Maryland Center for Arts and Technology,
Inc. I want to formally thank you and other members of
Black Professional Men for your
continued commitment and partnership with us in
mentoring our students in the Computer Integrated
Manufacturing Program. We have seen significant
improvement in the standards the students have set for
themselves and the professionalism this brings to their
internship experiences.
I want to personally thank you and
Mr. Scott Phillips for sponsoring two students to attend
the Wizard’s game and providing transportation and
dinner as well. The students
thoroughly enjoyed themselves and it provided an
opportunity to attend a sports event and socialize with
mentors from Black Professional Men.
In addition, I want to thank you
and Mr. Edwin Avent for participating as the Master of
Ceremonies and Guest Speaker in the Computer Integrated
Manufacturing Graduation for Class VII. It truly added a
personal element to the graduation and left the students
and staff with inspiration to continue reaching for our
dreams.
I look forward to a partnership
that will continue to bring fulfillment, challenge, and
hope to young black men in Baltimore.
Sincerely,
Elizabeth Kaylor
